Internet Orders

As you browse, decide which product(s) you would like to order and add them to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button on the applicable product page. You can then choose to continue shopping or checkout. Remember, you can remove selections from your cart at any time. When you do decide to checkout, our system will walk you through the process. You will be asked to choose a shipping method so that the final calculations can be made for your order. Choose continue to enter the applicable billing and shipping information and then choose "Credit Card" as your payment option and enter the applicable information. Upon completion of your order you will be sent a copy of your order invoice via email.

Once we have receipt of your order, upon approval, your item(s) will be processed for delivery within 1 to 3 business days and then shipped as outlined below.

Telephone Orders
In an effort to keep our operating costs low so that we can offer you the most competitive prices on our products, we do not take phone orders as all of our inventory tracking, payment processing and tracking of shipments is accomplished online only. If you need to contact us for any reason, please utilize our Online Contact Form and we shall respond promptly.

Due to the affordable nature of our products, there is a $9.99 minimum order requirment.

United States and U.S. Territories

PLEASE NOTE: To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we only ship to the actual billing address on file with your credit card company. We do NOT ship to secondary addresses or addresses other than those on file with your credit card company.

Domestic shipping charges for items purchased from CoolStuffSoldHere.com are $4.85 for Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Once your Credit Card is approved, your item(s) will be processed for delivery within 1 to 3 business days - usually faster. All charges will appear on the invoice that you will be able to review before finalizing your purchase.

A Note About USPS Delivery Confirmation
As your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, it will be assigned a Delivery Confirmation number at no charge to you. This is NOT a tracking number that shows the packages in route status, but rather a USPS Service that provides the date, ZIP Code and the time your package was actually delivered, once it has been delivered. Until the actual delivery attempt, the USPS Web Site may simply state that they have received electronic notification from the shipper (CoolStuffSoldHere.com) and the package is in route.

We do ship to APO / FPO addresses, however, they will not be assigned a Delivery Confirmation number.

Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, misplaced or stolen items once your order has been shipped and placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service.

Since we use Delivery Confirmation on all orders shipped, you can check the delivery status of your order, using the Delivery Confirmation Number that was emailed to you when we shipped the package, 24/7 at:

If your package status shows "delivered" at the United States Postal Service Web site and you have not received it, before contacting us, you will need to contact your local post office. We are unable to instruct the United States Postal Service on how or when to leave packages at the shipping address. If they leave the package on your doorstep, a porch, it is signed for by a neighbor, etc. then it is your responsibility. It is ultimately at the carrier's discretion to decide how and when to leave a package, hence why you will have to contact them accordingly since it is out of our control.

Refunds for nondelivery of items will be on a case by case basis at our discretion.

International
Currently, CoolStuffSoldHere.com does not ship internationally. Sorry man!
